Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fashion Fix, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the courier/shipping charges when returning a product for refund or exchange.

If an exchange is requested, the additional courier cost for sending the replacement item will also be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

Clearance, sale, or discounted items.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchange Process
For exchanges:

Contact us with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.

Ship the original item back to us.

Once inspected, we will dispatch the replacement product.
