7-Day Refund & Exchange Policy
At Fashion Fix, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping
experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
■ Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Refund/exchange request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
■ Courier/Shipping Charges:
- Customers are responsible for the courier/shipping charges associated with
sending the product back for refund or exchange.
- If an exchange is requested, the additional courier cost for reshipping the new
product will also be borne by the customer.
■ Non-Refundable Items:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, worn, washed, or altered are not
eligible for refund/exchange.
- Clearance or sale items are non-refundable.
■ Refund Method:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
