Yes. We offer a 7-day refund and exchange policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return or exchange shipping?
Customers are responsible for the courier charges associated with returning products. For exchanges, the shipping cost of sending the replacement item is also borne by the customer.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Are sale items eligible for refunds or exchanges?
